Because our products are instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your file has been delivered. (You get your divine decree immediately — no mortal returns possible!)

However, if you experience a download issue, technical glitch, or file error, please email connect@certifiablydivine.com with your order details, and we’ll ensure you receive the correct files promptly.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be granted only if:

• You accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product, or
• The file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be re-sent

We are always happy to resolve genuine issues — we just can’t un-download a divine certificate once it’s been bestowed.
